Cake Wrecks is such an awesome site, full of hilarious "professional cakes gone wrong"... but WAIT! They have a section for cute cakes called "Sunday Sweets", and Coco Cake made it onto it! What an awesome discovery to find my cakes on there!!!

Coco Cake Makes It To Italy!!

Coco Cake was featured on this awesome blog from Italy. I ran the text through Google Translator to see what it said:

"Coco lives in Vancouver but reaches every corner of the world through the Net, posting her recipes on her blog and photos of his creations on his space confectioner Flickr. His specialty is cupcakes, those Americans typically Tortini like a muffin but lined with cream colored. But the cakes are designed for children to surprise more than anything else. Even when they are composed only by a long row of cakes assembled together to form a caterpillar like that you see in the picture.

His ideas require more often than skill in handling the icings and plastically compose the most disparate characters. But to draw on from his creations for the next festival in children is still a creative but easy to do if you prepare simple muffin to decorate to create, for example, a small circus on each dolcetto reproducing the main features of each animal : a majestic mane to the lion, a pair of long whiskers and a nose pointed to the seal, some yellow and black line for the tiger. Just follow the instructions."
